End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Vocal Remover hereby grants you a PERSONAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license to install and use the Vocal Remover application (the "Software") on your compatible devices, strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software or AI algorithms.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Vocal Remover or its affiliates.

3. Data Usage & Privacy

By using the Software, you acknowledge that:

• The Software collects usage and audio data to function correctly and process vocal removal.
• You agree to grant Vocal Remover a limited license to process and securely store your preferences, uploaded audio, and generated stems ONLY as necessary to provide the services for you.

4. Updates and Upgrades

Vocal Remover may provide mandatory updates to the app to improve AI separation accuracy, introduce new vocal removal features, or fix bugs. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vocal Remover be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to corrupted files, loss of data, or errors in AI stem separation.

6. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Vocal Remover. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.
