1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vocal Remover applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes the use of our vocal remover tools, stem extractors, and AI platform.

2. User Representations

When you upload audio files for processing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the uploaded audio files, or have the necessary license/permission from the copyright owner to upload and process the audio.
  • Your use of the service does not violate any local laws or third-party rights.
  • You will not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

3. Use of Vocal Remover

Our Vocal Remover module allows you to process audio files and receive AI-isolated stems. You agree that:

  • AI-isolated stems are generated using algorithms, and the quality of output is dependent on the source audio file provided.
  • You are responsible for obtaining permissions for any secondary use, distribution, or performance of the isolated stems.
  • Vocal Remover is not liable for copyright infringement, data loss, or outcomes based on the use of the app by users.

4. Intellectual Property

Vocal Remover owns all rights to the underlying software and AI algorithms used to facilitate vocal removal and stem extraction. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these tools for processing your audio files.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for high-availability and high-quality AI source separation, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free at all times.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Vocal Remover to:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer our AI systems or software.
  • Use automated systems or bots to spam the AI or overload our servers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local legal practices.
