User Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This User Agreement establishes the terms between you and Vocal Remover regarding the use of our AI-powered vocal removal and stem extraction tools across all supported platforms (web, iOS, Android).

2. Data Processing Rights

Vocal Remover provides a platform that allows users to upload audio files, isolate tracks (vocals, bass, drums, instruments), and download separate stems securely.

By uploading audio files into Vocal Remover, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and securely process your audio files solely for the purpose of providing the AI vocal removal services you request.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Vocal Remover, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure that the audio files you upload do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights, and that you have all necessary rights or permissions to process and isolate the audio.
• Use the isolated audio stems responsibly, respecting intellectual property and copyright laws.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of Vocal Remover at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that impact your stored audio stems or access to the service.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account. Vocal Remover reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or our Terms and Conditions.
